Windows 10 64bit. Elitebook 8770W Performed a system reset to restore the system to the original state (wanted to give it to a student). The reset went OK. Started installing the usual windows updates.
After a reboot the system appears to be in a constant power on loop. (gets to the round HP logo and to the "press F10 message" then it restarts and gets to the same point. I can get into BIOS (F10).
Steps. Removed the battery. Tried the 15 sec pressing power on.
I do not have an installation media.
F11 does not work
I would try to do a repair but I do not have the media.
Any ideas?

You can make your own W10 bootable USB installation media with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
If you want to clean install W10, after you get past the 'Install Now' screen, you will be asked what version of W10 you want to install. Select W10 Pro or Home, as applicable.
Then you will be asked to enter a product key.
Select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and then activate after you are connected to the internet.
Then you can download the drivers and available software from the support page.
