Hi Guys,

I hope you are all well.

I am writing this post to get advice. We have a couple of Elitebooks G9 and G10 with the newest 1.18.00 and 1.12.00 firmware. It seems that on these device update of Secure Boot Certificate stuck in "In Progress" state.

From what I tested there is no possibility to rollback to the older BIOS 1.17.00 and 1.11.00 where update gone very smoothly for a couple hundreds of devices - even if logs says that BIOS has been successfully applied, after restart it is still version 1.18.00 or 1.11.00 depends on laptop's model.

It seems that the only way to successfully update certificate is to enabling Windows Uefi 2023 CA cert in BIOS.

Is there any way to do this remotely?

Thank you and best regards
