For the last 4 months (at least) I have been trying to work through a problem with my HP account. I can log into HP.com fine, but when I click on the Shop button and go to the shopping area, the website forces me to log in again. When I click on Sign in, I see the message: "Email profile already exists in our system. Please try again with different email."

It will not let me log in.

As I said this has been going on for months and I have been calling in every few weeks to see if this can be addressed.

Since I am a retired HP employee, it is important that I get this worked out, so I can order things with my discount. Currently, I need to order over the phone and that is not very convenient, but at least they know I was an HP employee.

I have tried this on at least 3 browsers and 3 different operating systems. I also did a search on HP Community Home and others have the same issue, so I am sure the problem is not on my end.

The ticket number I have on my end is: [Personal Information Removed]

I know this is not the best place to post this error, but I am now in shotgun mode trying to get someone's attention.
