Product: HP iPAQ hx2490 Pocket PC

I am wonder if it is possible to donwload from HP or somewhere else English or Norwegian version of OS (Windows Mobile), which is used on my HP i PAQ HX2490? This unit was bought with Chinese version of OS and I really would like to use it but I need other language.
Any help will appreciated.
