I have a HP sream and after the pw is not entered 3 times correctly i get code 59319086

can someone help me resolve this to get through pw problem thx.

Hi I did that the tablet shut off. I rerstarted it and this message appeared( selected boot image did not authenticate. Press enter to continue). under this is and ( ok). I hit it but nothing happends. I then turn off th tablet and restart but the same message appears and i cannot activate any keyboard. Thanks

Unfortunately, I don't know what you need to do about that.

You probably will have to either do a factory reset of your notebook, or reinstall the operating system.

I don't know if I can help you with that, but the first thing I will need is the full model number or product number of your device, so I can look into what I am dealing with.

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

Please do not post the serial number.

   HI the tag that has the serial # also has this number imei 355911060030920  also it is a Hp stream8 tablet 5909. Also I can by  holding the volume - and the power button  I can get into the startup menu. I can run F1 system information F2 system diagnostics ect, but cannot use F11 which is system recovery when I use that the message (slected boot image did not authenticate) Press enter to continue. At this point I can only turn the tablet off.  I can get into bios reload which the tablet does. Thanks for your help.

First, take a look at the User Guide, chapter 9, pp 25-26 for how to boot from a USB flash drive.

You are going to have to order W8.1 recovery media from HP, because the version of W8.1 your tablet has (W8.1 with Bing) is not available from Microsoft as a free download.

So, here is the link to order recovery media for your tablet...Hopefully they will send you a USB recovery kit.

If they send you a DVD set, you will have to use an external USB DVD drive instead to install the media.
