Thank you so much, it worked! I wasn't able to do system recovery like I planned to. It's not installed on a USB. My grandmother locked herself out , she doesn't know her password. It's says "your device is offline. Please sign in with the last password used on this device." Any advice on how to log in? We have been trying for months and have taken to multiple computer shops.
