HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15m-ed1023dx

Looking for the Storage Controller driver?  All I can find is the Realtek card reader drivers under the Storage controller section on the support site.

Attempting to reload Laptop using USB but can't get pasted the error message "We couldn't find any drives. To get a storage driver, click load driver.

If the notebook has an Intel 11th gen core processor, see my solution at the discussion below for how to get Windows to see the hard drive.
