Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi community. My HP elitebook 830 g8 keeps shutting down automatically. I discovered that the fan wasn't working, I fix it and it was fine . But later, I think after I reset the bios, it began shutting down again despite the fan working. Please, what else can I do?

Secondly, while I was about to fix the fan, I removed the battery (which was at about 68% ), after I finished, the battery was showing that it is completely drain and the charging port light is not showing to indicate charging. 

Please, any way out on the the issues?
