Product: Envy Dv4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Envy Dv4 Notebook  will not respond to attempts to recover.  I believe I need to acquire a bios.

Sorry, but your comments about failing to recover and a new BIOS are totally unrelated.

 

Need to know:

1) WHY are you trying to do a recovery -- what is the issue you are hoping the recovery to fix?

2) HOW are you trying to do the recovery -- what are the specific steps you are using?

 

Also would be nice to know the specific model number of your PC.

 

We can proceed when you provide the information.
