Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I go into task manager and look at performance tab, I see the CPU running at 1.38Ghz, and never goes up, despite it supposed to be running at 2.7ghz. Web pages are slow to load, and some online and offline games and programs run slow.

How do I speed this up to where it should be? Not finding the answers through searches. Thanks

That is your CPU model not your product number???

To better assist you, the members will need the exact model number or product number of your laptop/desktop or printer???
