Envy laptop is stuck in Automatic Repair Loop.  I did a hard reset. Then I did the "power up and shut down" 4 times.   I ran all tests and it passed all tests.  I attempted to access Advanced Options from instructions on this forum.  It did not work.  Im attempting to access "Recovery" and set it back to a date it last worked.

Please help.

UPDATE:  Even though it passed all tests, the hard drive was failing.  When I took it to a computer repair place, there was no WinRE on my hard drive. It was preventing my computer from opening in safe mode and preventing it from accessing Advanced Options.  I had to get a new hard drive.

On the "Automatic Repair couldn't repair your PC" screen, select Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore. Choose a restore point from before the issue started, confirm, and let it revert changes.
