HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has suddenly stopped loading the OS. It powers up, reads "Please Wait" and then. Goes into the "Choose your keyboard layout" screen. After that it comes up with "Choose an option" - either "Troubleshoot" or "Turn off your PC". None of the Troubleshoot options do anything so it always ends up turning off. No idea what to do! Any help gratefully received.
