  • When I plugged the charger to the laptop, the equipment ground. When I unplugged it became ok. What is the problem and solution?

Don't understand your issue.  Charger cords are themselves grounded, so when you plug them into the laptop, assuming the electrical outlet itself is grounded, then of course, the laptop will be grounded also.
