Hi, I am trying to update my Windows 10 setup and install Windows 11 via the Windows Update mechanism.
When the update is downloaded and installed, the computer reboots a few times.

During the restarts, I see the blue crash screen, and then it boots back to Windows 10.

When looking up the failure reason, I see that Error (0x1900101) occurred.

Could somebody advise me on what to do? I read that it might be related to the Drivers/Bios version.

Thanks.

I tried to follow the proposed steps, and I am still getting the blue screen:

It says:
Stop code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDELED
What failed: SynTP.sys

As far as I discovered, it might be related to some how to the touchpad.
