Hello

i'm trying to create a USB recovery media using HP Recovery Tool but i get the error 0xC00404

 

Any idea?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

(1) Please use different <USB flash drives> Type 2.0 and 3.0. Size at least 32 GB !

(2) Try again

(3) Please report your results
