I turn on my HP laptop and I see the HP logo pops up on the screen. Below the HP logo is a spinning loading symbol. The spinning loading symbol just spins for several minutes and then I get a BSOD error code 0xc0000001.
Next, I tried something else.
I turned on the HP laptop and I kept pressing the "ESC" button repeatedly until I get to the "Startup Menu" which has these options below:
F1 for System Information
F2 for System Diagnostics
F9 for Boot Device Options
F10 for BIOS Setup
F11 for System Recovery
I pressed the "F11" button for system recovery and the HP logo pops up on the screen and below the HP logo it says "Please Wait". A few seconds after that, a spinning symbol pops up right above the "Please Wait". The laptop gets stuck here and keeps spinning for several minutes. After this, I get another blue screen that says "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll restart for you." It also shows a Stop Code which is "Stop code: DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG"
Next, I tried something else
I saw that my current version of BIOS was outdated. I was running BIOS F.22 on the laptop. I downloaded BIOS F.27 from the HP website using a second computer and moved the BIN file to a USB flash drive. Put the USB flash drive into the laptop and updated BIOS to version F.27 which did not fix my previous BSOD issue.
Next, I tried something else
I pressed "F2" for System Diagnostics and I selected English as my language. The "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI" screen popped up. Below that, it says "Version 6.8.2.0". Below that, it says "Your current version of diagnostics is not up to date, please visit www.hp.com/go/techcenter/PCDiags to update your diagnostics." I downloaded the most recent version of the "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI" to a USB flash drive from the HP website using a second computer. I'm now using version 7.6.2.0 - USB.
I ran a System Fast Test.

This is my system information:
Model: HP ENVY Laptop 17m-bw0xxx
Processor Type: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz
Current Processor Speed: 1700 MHz
Memory Size: 12288 MB RAM
BIOS Date: 08/05/2021
BIOS Revision: F.27
What can I do to fix this issue without deleting my personal files on the hard drive and while repairing Windows 10? I'm looking for a non-destructive process that will work for my specific situation.
