Product: HP Laptop 14s-cf0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I try to start my laptop up after it crashed, it shows a loading screen that says "windows automatic repair" then a blue screen saying "Recovery.   Your pc/device needs to be repaired.    A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed" then Error Code: Oxc0000185 shows up below, how do I fix this

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
