Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
Riddle_Decipher is at your service.
As I understand you have an error message-"Error Occurred, Flow will shutdown",
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Have you attempted to clean install using the HP recovery Media or the HP Recovery manager (F11)?
Did you get any error codes or where you able to capture the entire error message?
While you respond to that, depending on the error you've provided, it looks like it's an issue with the Conexant audio driver,
And to resolve it, I recommend you uninstall the driver from the device manager, restart the computer and check if it works fine.
If the issue persists, reinstall the windows 10 using the HP Recovery Media.
Let me know how that pans out
feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon,

Hello Riddle:
Thanks for your good reply.
Before I did clean-installation, I did not do any recovery work except System-Restore-Point and it's Restore.
You said: " it looks like it's an issue with the Conexant audio driver" " I recommend you uninstall the driver from the
device manager, ..."
Where is device manager? How can I find device manager and then Conexant audio driver?
Thank you again! -- Zhao

Thank you for the update,
I appreciate your time and efforts,
That said, I have a few steps that should help your cause:
To uninstall a device by using Device Manager, follow these steps:
-
Start Control Panel, click Hardware and Sound, and then click Device Manager.
-
Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
-
On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
-
When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.
Note With some devices, you might have to restart the system to complete the uninstall process. The device might continue to function until the system has been restarted.
Deleting a Driver Package from the Driver Store
On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.
Then restart the computer to fix the issue and let me know how that goes.
If I have answered your queries, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Hello Riddle:
Now I report the pan-out of your last instruction.
After receiving your last email I did the following:
Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager >
Sound, Video and …. > conexant ISST Audio
and then uninstall the drive ISST.
Since then I never see the warnning, Error occurred, flow will now shutdown,
any more.
I am very happy with the result, you are smart!
Thank you a million! -- Zhao
