I am an Indonesian worker living in Japan. I have bought a used HP Omen 15 dh-1002tx laptop, recently my laptop experienced a blackscreen failure. After I took this laptop to a laptop service center around my area, it turned out that they were unable to handle it and suggested that it be taken to an official HP service center. My laptop had a problem with its BIOS after the BIOS update failed. Does anyone know the address of an official HP laptop service center around the Tokyo area of Japan?
