Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I found a new firmware update in optionald updates in my windows system, donwloaded it, installed it and restarted the pc it wouldn't boot up unplugged it then plugged it agaian and a blue screen appeared says recovery with error code 0x000000e and some instructions tried all of them nothing happens and I don't have any other pc or a usb drive to install windows again what do i do
