Cannot continue wit set up of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 because the file autorun.dll cannot be loaded or is corrupt.

Have you tried a different installer?

 

From the windows server forum, they claim the installer is corrupt and t different one should be used.

 

the installation image you got is corrupted. I suggest you download Windows 2008 Standard from the official website: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=5023

Then burn a DVD and try re-install.
