Hi, I'm trying to update my laptop from windows 8.1 to the newest windows 10. I was following the steps correctly but it stops just at the end of the utility with error code 0x0070005 0xa001b. Something on my computer is not resolved. So my question is, can you help resolve this problem so I can upgrade to windows 10.
Thanks
Regards
