HP Recommended
Got my HP Stream 11 - 6 years ago with Win 8 preinstalled product key included. Since then upgrade to 8.1 and a year ago probably Windows 10. Needless to say performance was poor due to 2Gig of RAM and 30gig hard drive. But back then upgrade was mandatory...Decided to roll back to Win 8.1 however I get Error code: 0xC004C003 Activation key has been blocked..
Now, it has serial key embedded in the BIOS however I need to "unblock it" or perhaps get a new one? In either case would appreciate if someone can help or point out. According to Microsoft source it is Original equip manufacturer issue therefore need to look for help from HP and possibly get a new key issued.
Can somebody please help, I`d appreciate it!
