I replaced the HDD now it's giving me this error 15403372676457345036847618182488.jpg

 I tried restoring bios settings, hard reset, my HDD passed all the diagnostic tests and I can't even access system recovery, when I try it comes back to the error screen. What do I do now?  Please help

HP Recommended

You can't access system recovery because it was on a partition of the original drive. What did you use to install Windows on the new drive? HP Recovery Media or a Windows usb/dvd?

What OS were you running? Windows 8.1,Windows 10??
