Error code issue

 hi , I hope someone can help me. 

I am trying to set up my tablet, and everytime I try to use the google play store , I receive this error code, i have contacted Google directly and they said there is no issues with Google , I have connected the tablet to WiFi and it has a strong connection so I don't understand the error message? 

Just wondered if anyone knew why this is and how to fix it ?
