Error coming from Sustem recovery media by Hp cloud recovery tool

Hey community. My some window files got corrupted. When I asked from customer care they advised me to do recovery by hp cloud recovery tool. I dont have a wifi so I take help of my neighbour and when I created the media and boot it from pendrive then it shows me this 

if this image is not clear I will tell you 

It shows this message 

YOUR COMPUTER IS NOT SUPPORTED BY THE SYSTEM RECOVERY MEDIA.

YOU WILL NOT ABLE TO CONTINUE TO RECOVER THIS SYSTEM WITH THESE MEDIA

It shows me this bold message. Pls help me to fix my corrupted files.

If the cloud recovery tool isn't working, you can make a bootable W10 installation flash drive using the media creation tool from the link below.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
