Can you try with a different port (if any) or a different USB pendrive ?
Make sure you use Rufus again to write it in UEFI mode.
Do you have another computer to try on it if the same USB pendrive will boot from it ?
The idea is to understand where the problem comes from - from the USB pendrive nor written properly or from the HP device not reading it properly ...

I am sorry, I was away for a few days.
Based on the latest attached picture, you tried to boot it in legacy mode but it is UEFI created. Not sure if it's created properly though (cannot be seen in the picture).
Anyways, I have no further ideas. Please, reach to the local HP Support team for further assistance or service of the device. Here is how to contact them:
