Hi, after going through all the steps, at the end, I get this error 0xc00405.
it says to contact support for this, i have got the log files, which are uploaded here.
Please help

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
(1) Check your internet connection
(2) Try different <USB flash drives> Type 2.0 and 3.0
- Size of at least 32 GB
(3) Please report your results

(2) Create a second HP Cloud Recovery <USB flash drive>
(3) Test both <USB flash drives> with HP Cloud Recovery
(4) Please report your results
