About two months ago after a Windows update (that stalled my PC for days trying to upload!)  when I finally was able to log in to homepage and I clicked on the Chrome icon, I received the following message:
"The code execution cannot proceed because your VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.  AccelerometerSt.exe"

Where would I download this file to install? Thanks for any help. Celtie

Hi,

You can download and install the missing visual c files from Microsoft on the following link - you should install both the x86 and x64 versions.

Hi,

You're welcome :generic:

I've just tried the link again and it seems to be working correctly - if you can't get it to load, try another browser.
