Hi All,
Do you know how to escalate a case? I have multiple failed attempts in getting the notebook repaired by HP and did not receive the refund either, it has been more than a month since I was informed that a refund will be issued.
Absolutely frustrating that
1. HP is unable to repair their own product
2. Even was unable to say what the problem was.
3. Failed to give a full refund as they couldn't repair.
4. Called them multiple times, emailed but no response.
5. HP WhatsApp support is an absolute joke.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
