Hi! This is about a brand new Probook 465 AMD Ryzen 7 up to date with Windows 11 updates.
4 times out 5 when inserting a USB stick in any of the 2 USB ports, the system try to read the stick and generate an error message asking me to insert a USB stick in a USB 3 port. Event viewer shows: "Event ID 11 The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk1\DR5", looking at the device manager no drivers show a problem, except in the USB BUS controler list one, item is marked with a yellow warning that the stick is unreadable. I tried to update the USB bus controler driver, but windows resonse message is that the Driver is up to date.
What is the next step?
Thanks in advance!
