Hi @Needbelp,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP All-In-One desktop isn't powering on properly. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check Power Connection: Make sure the power cable is securely plugged into both the wall outlet and the computer.
- Power Outlet: Verify that the power outlet is working properly by plugging in another device
- Power Supply Unit (PSU): If the power outlet is working but the computer still won't turn on, the issue might be with the power supply unit. Check if there's a light on the power supply unit itself. If it's not lit, there might be a problem with the PSU.
- Reset Power: Sometimes, a power reset can resolve issues. Disconnect the power cable, press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds, then reconnect the power cable and try turning it on again.
- Check for Physical Damage: Inspect the power cable and the computer for any physical damage. If you find any, it might be the cause of the problem.
- Monitor Connection: Ensure that the monitor cable is securely connected to both the computer and the monitor.
- Monitor Functionality: If you have access to another monitor, try connecting your computer to it to see if the issue lies with the monitor itself.
- Hardware Issue: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there might be a hardware problem with your computer.
These steps should help you identify and potentially resolve the issue with your HP All-In-One desktop.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
