Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am stuck when installing Windows Pro 11 via HP Sure Recovery. This does not work due to the following error. I have contacted the helpdesk and followed their advice

 

I reinstalled  Windows via HP Cloud Recovery  and the divers as adviced due to HP 1th line helpdesk. Even a fresh installation of Windows Pro 11, HP sure Cloud Recovery does not work explicitly.

 

Key question: How do I fix this problem if the described above do not work?

HP Sure Recover Failed

Execution Status: There was an error finding any valid manifest.
