Product: HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I had just bought an external drive (SEAGATE EXPANSION 4TB). When I connect it to the computer, it is recognised and it says I have a little less than 4TB space on it. But when I try to copy and paste the files to the disk, it says that the COMPUTER storage is full.
I wonder if anyone had similar problems. .... The drive seems to get recognised, but then it doesn't recognise that I want to paste the documents on the drive and not on the computer.
I had already contacted the SEAGATE customer support, but they couldn't help me with it and told me, it is probably the computer's fault.
Thank you for your answers
