HP 15 P 143 CL Touch Screen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The only problem I was experiencing was occasional Netflix freezing. I wanted to do a boot sfc /scannow as the program while running in windows says no errors found. I always follow scannow with DISM with the program exicuted properly result, no errors. Sometimes the boot scannow finds and fixes things that it doesn't in administer cmd through windows. I was surprisedthat F-11 brought up the blue screen error code 0XC000000F saying the device couldn't be found or wasn't connected. Do I need to do a Windows reinstall or is there another solution? Other than Netflix freezing and the F-11 key function lost the computer runs like a dream. Thanks in advance to all the smart computer people out there. HP 15 P 143CL, Win 10 64 bit, all the latest drivers and updates installed.

@nes55

Thank you for joining the HP Community

Did you try using Netflix in a different browser?

The recovery partition might be corrupted.

I suggest you Run a Hard drive test.

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.

- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Hard drive

Keep me posted with the test result.

Have a great day!

Cheers:)
