Product: HP Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When is start my pc it always displays the system information, once the laptop has booted the keyoard keys b & n & delete do not work. I have reinstalled widows deletig all files and updated the bios but the issue is still there. I have cleaned keyboard with compressed air but still o success.

Does anybody kow how to resolve this please?

Please try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
