HP Recommended

HP Pavilion desktop pc. Windows 10. When turning on computer i get the DOS screen that says" Default BIOS settings have been loaded. Time & date not set." F1 : BOOT.

Not sure how to fix.

It may be that your PC needs to have the CMOS battery replaced which is normally a CR2032 battery.

 

Press the F1 key to continue to boot up and then set the date and time using the Windows control panel.
