By Mistake Hp Recovery Drive Delete From me at formatting time.

Now I am Trying Factory Reset After Power On Press F11 But Its not working anyone plz guide me.

Hi:

 

Use the HP Cloud Recovery client utility to create a bootable recovery drive.

 

I have attached the instructions for how to use the utility below.

 

You will need to have access to another working Windows PC for this.

This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud.
