Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi

My computer boots to windows 7 64 bit home premium. It works. But when I press f11 key it goes to windows not factory restore. When I try to do recovery from the desktop it gives me error code 0xc0000225. It just does not find the recovery partion that hp installed. Microsoft tech guys partioned the drive for me for install windows 7 later but now the system won't find my factory restore setting. The thing is there but it cannot find it. How do I fix this?

It is few years old now. From time to time, you may make some files corrupted.  Please try Cloud Recovery tool
