hi there.... I did no changes to laptop.. wanted you to know that I turned on laptop on without battery pressed FN & Esc I saw some words come up and let go of buttons,this is what it is showing
Phoenix TrustedCore (tm) NB
Copyright 1985-2006 Phoenix Technologies LTD.
All Rights Resevered
BOIS version F.58
Build Time: 06/16/08 13:17:02
CPU = 1 Processors Detected,Cores per Processor = 2
Intel (R) Core (TM) 2 Duo CPU T5550 @ 1.83GHz
2048M System Ram Passede
Im not sure if this means anything and Im not sure what to do beyound this point. All I know is if I countinue pressing FN & Esc it goes to pass to system I put the pass in then it just turns off and on again. Fan runs lights come on ... All that is normal. I tried pushing F11 while this All Rights Reserved was on all it does is beep everytime I pressed it... so I thought Id give you that update and see what your thoughts were before I tried anything else...
Thank You And Very Greatful For Your Help,
Brenda

Ok lmao thought so.... ok so just to let you know im going to youtube how to take key board off etc.. The laptop has only been running since I last messaged you and I noticed the center on the bottom of it is quite warm ... Plus there is no battery in it , it is only plugged in and running.. I believe that it maybe just very dirty ... I read things like this . So When done with the cleaning I will let you know... OH is maybe there a video here on HP on how to do?? If so let me know...
