Microsoft Windows 11

Unfortunately I updated my BIOS from F13 to F16 and now I can't use my laptop monitor. The laptop no longer recognizes that it exists. Even though I have uninstalled the HP Support Agent,  the HP Diagnostics tool, and paused all Windows updates the BIOS will reinstall itself after I roll it back to F13. I've rolled back 3 times now and each time F16 will get me on the next reboot. Each time the monitor disappears and I have to plug into an external monitor via HDMI to make it work.

Is there anything I can do to make F16 work properly? is there ever going to be a fix for this issue from HP? I know I'm not the only one that this affects. If there is nothing I can do to make it work, how the heck do I keep F16 from re-installing itself after I roll it back to F13? Really could use some assistance here.

Hi @drdanger007

the most recent BIOS I see for your model is the following F.24
