When I turn on my laptop there is a black screen with the F2 diagnostics message. I tried looking at tutorials on YouTube but I don’t get very far because I’m unable to complete the first step. The first step is to press esc and then f10 so I can go through options menu but when I do that I just get a bar that says “administrator password” or I’ll press f9 and I’ll see boot options menu but I can’t go forward or down to select anything.

Hi @Rachel92002,
I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much but i do appreciate your efforts in performing the troubleshooting steps.
If you are not able to get passed the administrator password, then you will have to send the PC in for repair to fix it.
