HELLO,I WANT TO RETURN MY LAPTOP PROBOOK 6560B TO THE FACTORY SETTING I TRIED BY RESTARING MY LAPTOP WITH F11 AND DOESNT WORK .ANY RECOMMENDATION!?THANKS

Visit Microsoft website. Download fresh windows installation media. Install it in your computer. Activate your system using product key if asked by OS. Install driver manually from HP website.
