hello, i need an error code Identification for FAILURE ID: 6BUFS1-8T8AHH-XD7URG-60RM03 . We think it is the hard drive but aren't exactly sure because we were able to get the hard drive to function on another system (however it crashed shortly after backing up the hard drive). is it possible it could be the motherboard as well. with this information i can determine how i should proceed with repairs.
other information:
laptop presented with a black screen after a system update stating SMART hard disk error, detecting an imminent failure, in Hard Disk 1 (301). after a system diagnosis, error code FAILURE ID: 6BUFS1-8T8AHH-XD7URG-60RM03 displayed and would not proceed past this point with diagnostics.
