HELP! I received the Failure ID Code when running diagnostics because my laptop was not starting properly - all my work is on there!
FAILURE ID CODE: QXFX9W-7509PO-XD7WLK-60Q003
Somebody please tell me how to fix this - THANKS!!!!!

Hi:
The error code reported means the hard drive has failed, needs to be replaced, and the operating system reinstalled.
Consult the maintenance and service guide for your specific model notebook for the hard drive R & R procedure.
Assuming your model notebook has a 2.5" mechanical hard drive, you may want to consider purchasing a better performing, normally more reliable 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
It is highly doubtful that you will be able to recover any data from the hard drive, but you can toss a little money into buying a SATA to USB hard drive cable, plug it into a working PC's USB port and see if you can read and copy any data from the hard drive to the PC.
