Hi:
Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.
M7M4X9-6MQ9P8-MFPWXG-60U103 | OK | XXXXXXXXXX | 8/20/19 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
You will need to install a new hard drive, and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD.
After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W8.1 for free by using the W8 product key in your notebook's BIOS.
Install W8.1 by creating the Microsoft installation media, using another Windows PC, if yours is not working...You want W8.1 64 bit.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, use this generic key.
This is the generic key for W8.1 'Standard.'

When you get to the screen that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive (if applicable), leaving just one partition of unallocated space. Click Next, and W8.1 should begin to install.
If you had to enter the generic key, manually change the generic product key to the W8 key in your PC's BIOS in the PC settings menu.
After you get W8.1 installed, and you had to manually enter the W8.1 generic product key, you will need to run the free utility I zipped up and attached below, that will show you show the W8 product key in your PC's BIOS.
I have also zipped up and attached below, the Microsoft tool which hopefully will transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so it is bootable.
Then you can install the available drivers and software from your PC's support page.

You're very welcome.
Remove the drive, buy a USB to SATA hard drive cable.
Plug one end into the failed hard drive and the other end into a working PC's USB port, and see if you can read/copy any files from the drive to the PC.
Something like this...

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about those type of programs.
I always have my files backed up on portable hard drives in case something like that happens to me
You can try the free Recova software first, and see if that works.

I will buy a new hard drive and follow your instructions to install the operating system. At least I'll get my computer back to life. I have learned to store my important files safe. I try that recovery program. Thanks a lot and all the best!
