Ok so basically for the past couple of days my pc has been acting up and i figured nothing of it but today it has blue screens multiple times. I did some research today and found out to do a Hardrive test so I did it. I was met with a message that said the following:
Test results, product identification information, and serial number will be sent to HP to provide and improve support solutions. Scan the QR Code below with your mobile device to submit the Failure ID.
If you are unable to scan with your mobile device, go to www.hp.com/embed/uefi to enter the Failure ID.
Failure ID: RTWFGJ-APTC0T-QF8V4J-40AU03
Product ID: 1K0B1AAR#ABA
I checked my warranty status and found it is currently not active anymore I am not quite sure what to do please help!

The report generated by the HP failure code website indicates that a failed memory module needs to be replaced.
