HP Recommended
Operating System:  HP PC ALL IN ONE Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When running the Restore.exe file that was created using HP Recovery FROM MY EXTERNAL HARD DISK  when I had to do a full windows reinstallation, I get this error: "Recovery Manager failed. Error code = FFFFFF 18"

 

please help me I need my file back it very important files
