Product: HP laptop

Everyone knows the initial password screen to unlock the computer, well that’s the password i forgot,smdh. How can I get into my laptop? Without having to wipe the hard drive.

Passwords can NOT be recovered; instead, they have to be reset.

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
