I have uninstalled and downloaded new drivers for amd graphics but the problem continues to be the same.To run SFC scan there is now option as command promt(admin) so i have not done yet(the most nearest option is windows powersheel (admin)),as now i have switched to intel graphics the game is running just fine so im not going to reset my laptop.besides i have no other device for the backup and the files are important to me im not losing it at any cost,i think i the problem is overheating of amd graphics i have downloaded the radeon software which i examined and the  result was the processor starts from 0 degree celcius and within 5 min it rises  to 100 degrees and which is not normal also when the temp reaches above 100 there is spike in clocking graph of amd graphics indicating overclocking and hence the fps drop .but one thing is still  not clear why the intel graphics are running smoooth and temp is also very low compared to amd(i have checked physically).

i have done that and no error is displayed in hardware diagonist also i ddi the memory test whose reult is no errors but now i have switched my AMD graphics  to INTEL graphics which is intel 520 and now during gaming it gives lower fps than AMD which is around  60FPS(good,AMD gives upto 100) but intel graphics is giving constant fps from 45 to 60 hence now i can play the low end graphics games without fps drop but for higher graphics game it is not possible.

my major question is why with INTEL graphics it gives constant fps and with AMD graphics it fluctuates and i have seen that (online) amd graphic card R5M430 is way better than intel 520 but in term of practical performance it is not.

plss give some other solutions:)
